Rules of Court – 1905
Judge Linda Ralu Wolf, Circuit Court 3, found this while looking through paperwork in her office and wanted to share this piece of history. As you can see, the Rules of Court in 1905, was very short compared to the current Local Rules. Also, court hearings were held three times a year. Obviously, much less than the current court calendars we deal with today.
